Client Agreement & Booking Policies
1. Description of Services
Tanya Galueva provides private sessions incorporating spiritual teaching, intuitive guidance, coaching, and personal exploration.
Depending on the nature of the session and the client's consent, the work may include channeling, mediumship, energy work, and other intuitive practices.
Sessions are intended to support personal reflection, self-awareness, personal growth, and spiritual exploration.
2. Practitioner-Client Relationship
The client understands that participation is voluntary and that they remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
The practitioner offers guidance and interpretations, not instructions or guarantees. Clients retain full authority over their choices.
The client may ask questions, communicate personal boundaries, or decline any particular practice during a session.
No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
3. Scope of Services
These services are spiritual, educational, and coaching-oriented in nature.
They do not constitute psychotherapy, psychological counselling, medical treatment, diagnosis, or legal or financial advice.
Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when necessary.
4. Session Fees and Payment
50-Minute Private Session
The fee for a 50-minute private session is US$211.
Full payment is required at the time of booking through Calendly and Stripe.
The appointment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the client receives a booking confirmation.
Six-Month H.E.A.R.T. Unlock Method™ Experience
The six-month experience includes 13 private sessions and between-session support.
Clients may pay in full or through six monthly instalments. The total fee, payment schedule, and specific services included will be confirmed before enrolment and documented in a separate Private Client Agreement.
Any applicable taxes and the total amount payable will be disclosed before payment.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
50-Minute Private Session
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
If I need to cancel your session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Six-Month H.E.A.R.T. Unlock Method™ Experience
Sessions within the six-month experience may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellation, refunds, early termination, and unused sessions are governed by the separate Private Client Agreement, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared during private sessions is treated as confidential, subject to applicable law.
Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
The client understands that communications with a spiritual practitioner are not necessarily protected by the legal privileges that may apply to certain regulated professional relationships.
Sessions will not be recorded without separate, express consent.
Testimonials, recordings, and identifiable client experiences will not be used publicly without appropriate permission.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Client Participation
Clients are encouraged to participate openly and honestly, communicate their needs and boundaries, and take responsibility for their own decisions.
Both parties agree to communicate respectfully throughout the session.
8. Online Sessions
Sessions are conducted online through Google Meet unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for joining from a suitable location with a reliable internet connection.
If technical difficulties prevent a session from proceeding, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Any refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection legislation.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the booking process and affirmatively accepting this agreement, the client confirms that they have reviewed the service description, fees, cancellation and rescheduling policy, and Privacy Policy.
Clients enrolling in the six-month H.E.A.R.T. Unlock Method™ experience must also review and sign a separate Private Client Agreement before beginning the program. This agreement outlines the payment terms, session schedule, between-session support, cancellation provisions, and responsibilities of both parties.
